Arthur Dillard is an accomplished watercolor artist.  Dillard has received his B.S. degree from Florida A & M University.  His unique style of painting watercolor portraits has won him many awards including the Best of Show with the portrait of his Aunt Easter in the Manatee County Art League Portrait and Figures Show. Arthur also won the merit award three-years consecutively at "Fiesta in the Park Art Festival" in Orlando, FL, the Distinguished Artist Award at the 2003 Fall Festival and the Santa Fe College Award at the 2005 Fall Festival, both in Starke, FL, and second place at the 2004 "Festival in the Park" in Charlotte, NC.

His paintings have been featured in Jet Magazine and also shown in galleries and museums across the United States including Florida, Georgia, Virginia, Pennsylvania Houston, TX, Charlotte, NC, Stockton, CA, Soho, NY and the Essence Music Festival in New Orleans , LA. and others.
