Has my order shipped? (We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses)
Please be sure your shipping address information is accurate and complete with your first and last name, address, phone number and an email address. You will receive an email with confirmation of your order being shipped within five to eight business days of the placement of your order. NOTE: Due to recent COVID19 global outbreak and the holiday seasons, some states may be affected by delayed deliveries by UPS, FedEx and USPS. We are doing our very best to make sure you receive your shipment promptly.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
You can place an additional order for the item if it is available or contact us at email@example.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure you include your order number in the email. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled (please see the Black Art In America™ Online return policy).
How do I track my order?
We will send you an email as soon as your order ships, this will include details of the shipment and will also include a tracking number (if applicable). All orders require a signature upon delivery. My order never arrived?
Your confirmation email will contain a tracking number that can be checked with the shipper to confirm delivery of packages. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us at: 1.678.847.8735
How can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order by calling at 678-847-8735. For cancellations/refunds, there will be a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee which will be deducted from the total product purchase amount. Please make sure you include your order number in the email. Before shipment, orders that are cancelled will be partially refunded minus the credit card transaction fees or PayPal fees. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled (please see the Shop BAIA Online return policy by visiting the 'Returns' link in the left vertical nav of this FAQ section).
