IF YOUR ART IS DAMAGED AND YOU NEED A REPLACEMENT
we will work with our partners to ensure that every piece of art is in good condition, however, occasionally we know that things happen.
We ask every customer to inspect their merchandise or artwork on immediate arrival to check for any damages in the art or frame -- so please keep all of the original packaging and authenticity certificates until you are happy that you are completely satisfied. We cannot accept artwork returns unless they are in their original packaging and conditions. Shipping costs are non-refundable when returning non-damaged items. For damaged items, we ask every customer make contact to us via the phone at 678-847-8735 within 3 days of delivery of your order for a return, refund or replacement item.
In the unlikely event that there is a problem, please email photos of the damage immediately to: email@example.com. Indicate your order number and specify in the the subject line of your email, ‘Damaged Art’. Also, please state whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund.
If you have requested a refund, we will credit your original payment mechanism within three (3) to (7) business days of confirmation of receiving your returned order. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Alternatively, if you have requested a replacement then we will ship you your new work as soon as we have confirmed receipt of the original order. Transit times will be the same as detailed in your original order.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
You can place an additional order for the item if it is available or contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order by emailing us at email@example.com. Please make sure you include your order number in the email. Before shipment, orders that are cancelled will be partially refunded minus the credit card transaction fees or PayPal fees. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled.
If your decide that your art or item is not for you for any reason prior to shipping, then simply email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number stating that you would like to return your order for a partial refund minus the shipping/handling fees. For cancellations or refunds, there will be a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee which will be deducted from the total product purchase amount.
We cannot accept orders back unless they are in their original packaging once shipped.
If you have requested a refund, we will credit your original payment mechanism within three (3) to (7) business days.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the designated amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at: email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org and you'll be notified where to return the item.
Refunds -- Shipping
To return your product, you should call and email.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75.00, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
